Refund & Cancellation Policy

We take pride in delivering quality work. If you're unsatisfied with the final deliverables, we offer revisions within the scope of the original agreement. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services. Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of project start. For ongoing retainers, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for work already completed.
